Arriving Late

Please give yourself extra time to park so you can arrive stress free and ready to enjoy your visit. Due to your stylists’ full schedule and subsequent appointments, it may not be possible to complete your full service if you arrive late, for example, no blow dry or not being able to provide your full color service, etc. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in re-booking your appointment at a different time and all future appointments will need to be reserved with a credit card.

Change or Cancellation

If a conflict develops in your calendar, please give as much notice as possible so that we can fill your appointment time with another guest. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for changing or cancelling an appointment. The first cancellation made within 24 hours will be allowed at no charge; the second cancellation made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge; and all future appointments will need to be reserved with a credit card. The third cancellation made within 24 hours will result in a 100% charge and all future appointments will need to be pre-paid before booking your appointment.

No Show or Multiple Cancellations

The first no show will be allowed at no charge and all future appointments will need to be reserved with a credit card. The second no show will result in a 100% charge and all future appointments will need to be pre-paid with a credit card. Our stylists work on commission. Please understand that due to a last-minute cancellation or no show, we are unable to book another guest.

Deposits

We require a non-refundable minimum deposit of $100 for services of 2 1/2 hours or more. For bridal parties at the salon, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all members of the bridal party. Bridal party on location services require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Tuesday – Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Thursday - Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
